A 30-year member of the Augusta Ruritan Club, Pancione graduated from Romney High School in 1957. He has held almost every office in Ruritan and has perfect attendance every year.

Pancione was a Security Officer WMC, Beef Farmer, retired insurance salesman, retired from the Hamphsire Co. Board of Education, County and State 31-year safe driving and notable Service Award, National Sales Achievement Award six times, National Quality Awards four times, District Leading Agent Sales, Increase and Production.

He is active in the Augusta Volunteer Fire Company, Honorary FFA Chapter Farmer, Past Chair WVSSPA, Past Chair of Emergency Medical Assoc., Past Chair Hampshire Memorial Hospital, Past Chair Central Hampshire PSD Bd., and Past Chair Augusta Rescue Squad.
